He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Carol Hoy; his parents, Raymond Hoy and Laura Key; and his siblings, Helen Truslow, Paul Hoy and Joyce Campbell.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis Hoy, Monique McEniry (Rick), Shirley Morgan (Ronald) and Beverly Gutshall (Gary); his grandchildren, Cassie Price (Travis), Nick Lyle (Chessie), Cody McEniry (Kara), Justin DeVost, Jason DeVost and Caleb McEniry; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Asher, Aniston and Phoenix. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
