He is survived by: his wife Rosa Penn; his children, Rose Brown (Eric), Miss Collette Chalmers (William), Jacqueline Williams (LaTroy) of Covington, Albert H. Penn Jr., Roy Allen (Demetrius), Dominique Penn and Deangelo McMoore; his siblings, Miss Adrienne P. Hines and William Penn Sr. (Angela); his brothers-in-law, Lee Allen and David Allen (Virginia); and his cousin Cheryl Penn. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 46 great-grands; one great-great-grandchild.
