He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville and Anita. He is survived by: his brother Jeff Schulz (Beth) of DePere, Wisconsin; his close friend Barry; and his daughters, Rachel and Haley. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
The family asks that donations be made in his memory to the USA Hockey Foundation, supporting youth hockey programs and helping children experience the sport he loved so deeply.
