She is survived by: her children, Teresa Smith (Steve), Jeff Smith (Lynn), Beth DeHart and Dawn Myers (Vince); her grandchildren, Jeremy Smith (Courtney), Travis Smith (Heather), Bryson Smith (Laura), Tyler Wood, Marissa DeHart (Josh), Alex Wood, Logan DeHart (Julia) and Mary Beth DeHart; her great grandchildren, Raimi, Cooper, Curtis Evan, Arley, Sydney, Daxton, Tucker, Adrianna, Daisy and Missy; her brothers, Jim Hayes (Debbie), Tim Hayes and Randy Hayes; her nieces and nephews, Talara, Tessa, Jason, Justin and Jacob; her pet Zoe; Donna Ottenbacher and Stefanie Gusinsky.
