She is survived by: her children, Donna Diorio-Sullivan of Winston-Salem, Debra Brandsema (Douglas) of Winston-Salem and Gerald Diorio, Jr. (Jerry) of Monroe, Connecticut; her grandchildren, Nicole Santiago (Chris) of Clemmons and Kenneth Brandsema (Ashley) of Clemmons; her children, Christine Leven of Ormond Beach, Florida and Nicholas Diorio of Wallingford, Connecticut; her great grandchildren, Hailey Clark, Connor Davis Brandsema and Silas Damien Santiago of Clemmons; her sister Beverly A. O'Neill of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; her nephew Tom O'Neill (Gloria) of Alexandria, Virginia; and her nieces, Shannon Costill (Nicolas) of Enola and Megan (Gina) of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made, in Arline's memory, to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or to a local animal shelter of one's choice—causes close to her heart.
