In the vast expanse of eternity, Barbara shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Barbara farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Philis Gary and Robert Ward Moore. She is survived by: her husband William Atkinson; her daughters, Leigh Atkinson and Laura Baker (Eddie); her grandchildren, Hannah Baker, Will Stulack and Charlie Stulack; and her nephew David Barnes (Carol).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to First Presbyterian Church of Lexington or to a charity of your choice.
