He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Bingham Lewis and Ruth Elizabeth Duncan; and his brother Charles Carson Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Alley Lewis of Winston-Salem; and his sons, Barry Duncan Lewis (Barbara) of Kernersville and Bryan Daniel Lewis of Winston-Salem. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Piner Hall at Arbor Acres (1240 Arbor Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27104).
