He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall L. Miller and Polly Ann Bowman Miller. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gullie Miller; and his daughters, Teresa Miller Draughn (Randy), Rhonda Miller Russell (Gene) and Karen Miller Marshall (Todd). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
