He is survived by: his wife Deborah Puryear; his son Billy Puryear Jr. (Tracey Larson); his brother Chris Puryear; his grandchildren, Whitney Puryear (Jessica Puryear), Bridget Puryear (Nate McKinney) and Jacob Woods; and his great grandchildren, Wrenleigh Puryear, Wynn McKinney and Weston Puryear.
