He is survived by: his mother Flora J. Shabazz; his stepfather Reuben Gould, Jr. of Winston-Salem, NC; his sister Alicia Latten; and his aunts, Johnnie Mae Williams of Winston-Salem, NC, Mary Y. Smith (Aaron) of Winston-Salem, NC and Hattie Fortune of Baltimore, MD. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, a host of cousins, other family members, friends.
