With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brandon Matthew Wood of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on April 24, 2026 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bobby, Mary Smith, Harold Wood, Tom and Iris Snow; his uncle Teddy Smith; and his niece Noel Turner.
He is survived by: his parents, Jeff Wood and Melissa Riddle; his sister Jessica Turner (Robert); his grandmother Joann Wood; his stepmother Sheri Wood; his aunts, Lisa Miller (Tony), Regina Weeks (Bo), Debbie Barlow (Aaron), Crystal Toombs (Doug) and Karen Smith; his nieces, Lilyann Turner, Gracelyn Turner and Joyanna Turner; his nephew Maverick Turner (Andrew Miller); Freddy Smith. He is also survived by other cousins and close friends.
