He was predeceased by: his parents, Lelia Mae Adair Holmes and Ulysees Holmes; and his grandmother Laura. He is survived by: his daughters, Niki Barrino of Tampa and Lisa "LeeLee" White of Charlotte; and his siblings, Alice Faye Adair Ngoma of Edenton, Laura Adair Johnson of Charlotte and Calvin Adair (Rosa) of Charlotte. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Lamb Funeral Home (302 Broad Dr SW, Concord, NC 28025). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
