He is survived by: his wife Sue Ella Miller; his daughter Jennifer Miller O'Ferrell (Jason O'Ferrell); his grandchildren, Jameson, Jayden and Jillian; his stepson Tony Shellhorn; his brother Kenneth Miller (Jeanine); and his former wife Linda Miller.
