He is survived by: his mother Rosa Holland; his children, Tocarla Shaw, Torez Dawkins of Winston-Salem and Lakesha Dillingham-Kennedy (Darrell Jr.) of Bloomington, Illinois; his grandchildren, Zariah Shaw, Keyonna Rolle and Darrell Kennedy III; his father Cecil Sr. Holland; his siblings, Cecil Jr., Cedric Holland (Mary) and Rhonda Dixon (Nathaniel) of Winston-Salem; and his friend Jerome Griffin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
