He is survived by: his sister Agnes Adam Griffin; his children, Joel Adam (Debbie), Kevin Adam (Donna), Laura Adam, Mark Adam (Margaret), Elizabeth Hobson (Bryon), Colleen Bloomquist (Troy), Carolyn Adam, Jason Adam, Leslie Adam and Catherine Adam; and his close friend Inez White.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Solus Christus Inc. in Yadkin County, an organization Chuck loved to support.
