Charles Conrad Green Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Conrad Green in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on September 6, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Osborne Green and Calvin Coolidge Green; and his son-in-law Terrell Middleton. He is survived by: his children, Charles Green Jr. (Amber) of Durham, NC, Carmen Green of Oakland, CA and Hope Middleton of Winston-Salem, NC; his grandchildren, Amari Ager, Tyler Middleton, Taylor Middleton, Teyana Middleton, Brooklynn Middleton, Dawsyn Green and Jonas Green; his brothers, Robert Green (Gail) of Chesterfield, VA and Anthony Green (Michelle) of Toano, VA; and his former wife Lora Davis Green. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In addition to cards and plants, the family would like donations to be made to the Colorectal Cancer Equity Foundation.
