He was predeceased by: his parents, Earlie Franklin and Rosa Lee Phillips Leonard; and his sister Brenda Leonard Denny. He is survived by: his wife Connie Leonard; his daughters, Charlene Leonard and Catherine Jenkins (Dwight); his granddaughters, Lilly Hailey (Hunter) and Josie Jenkins; his great grandchild Mallory Hailey; and his pet Billy. He is also survived by two nieces and one nephew.
