He is survived by: his wife Veronica "Ronnie" Barber; his mother Emma Crawford; his children, Aaron Barber, Christopher "Lamont" Barber and Shelby Barber; his granddaughters, Jordan Barber and Saniyah Pierce; and his siblings, Thomas "Reggie" Crawford (Tammy), Joy "Malissa" Barber, Deborah "Deb" Lybrand and Stacy Anderson (Neil). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Home (822 Carl Russell Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Home Chapel (822 Carl Russell Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101).
