She is survived by: her children, Carl (Ann), Aurora (Brady) and Yolanda (Huey); her siblings, Marjorie, Johnny Mae (Cassius) and Edwin (Shirlene); and her grandson Lamon (Mookie). She is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Carver Road Church of Christ (4399 Carver School Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27105).
