He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Lewis Clark; his children, Alfreda Pittman, Antionette Lewis, Anthony Lewis, Angela Lewis, Tyease Wright and Timothy Thomas; his grandchildren, Jashawn Lash, Jasmine Pittman, Jerrell Lash, Shaunice Rush, Jada Lash and Tavion Pabon; his sisters, Deborah Brown and Evelyn Puryear (Johnnie); and his sister-in-law Peggy Hawkins (Henry). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
