The passing of David Cowan Barber (Winston Salem, North Carolina) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 16, 2025 at the age of 68. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Barber Sr. and Carolyn Hice Barber; and his girlfriend Sheri Hill. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia Smart (Robert) and Thomas Barber (Beth); his nieces, Joy Hinson, Sarah Lunsford (Coy) and Katie Barber (Sam Amos); his nephew Steven Hinson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chelsea Hinson (Bailey), Carolyn Lunsford, Caleb Thompson, Coy Hinson, Nathan and Ryan Lunsford; and also Tim Chandler (Annemarie).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the New Philadelphia Moravian Church (4440 Country Club Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27104).
