He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Dorothy Mae Jarvis; his former wife Helen Puckett Jarvis; his siblings, Jerry Wayne, Robin Lee, Jeffery Dale Jarvis, Brenda Lee Freeman, Louanne Jarvis and Polly Sue Jarvis; his half-sister Linda Ann Jarvis; and his sister-in-law Judy Jarvis.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Jarvis; his children, Bobby Lee Jarvis (Susan Craver), David Gwyn Jarvis, Jr. (Christa) and Traci Jeanete Jarvis; his brothers, Tommy Jarvis (Kathy), Danny Jarvis and Tim Jarvis; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Keara, Leah, Jeremy, Kendra and Jacob. He is also survived by family members and special friends.
