He was predeceased by: his parents, Knowlton E. Pennell and Flora McVey Pennell. He is survived by: his sister Ruth K. Albertz (Rene); his sibling's children, Kyle A. Conklin, Thomas K. P. Albertz, Brittany M. Cherry (Michael) and Andrea M. E. Albertz; his friend Danny Phibbs; his son Samuel; and his friend Debbie.
