She is survived by: her sister Phyllis Shields (Timothy); her sibling's children, Monique Shields, Tiffany Donnell, Talika Donnell, Marissa Donnell and Timothy Shields, Jr. (Amber); her great-nephew Mekhi Shields; her great-nieces, Kendall and Khera Shields; and her caregiver Roxie Simmons. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
