She was predeceased by: her husband Jesse J. Hines; her grandson Setth Brown; and her mother Martha Penn. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Herman, Kisha Dockery, Allenard Coplin (Donna) of Laurel, MD and Anthony Herman (Choi); her grandchildren, Ashley, Rodney, Rashawn, Chisa (Nick), Chantel, Allenard, Jr., Gena and Nina; her siblings, Evelyn Penn and Roland Penn; her niece Sherri Penn Biglow (Curies) of Greensboro, NC; and her aunt Allie Love. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, cousins, and extended family of nephews and nieces.
