We announce the death of Donald Rich Riddle Jr. of Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on September 30, 2026, at the age of 74. Donald will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Rich Riddle Sr. and Betty Daniel Riddle; and his son Chris Riddle. He is survived by: his wife Frances Ward Riddle; his daughters, Natasha Hutchens (Derek) and Melissa Stacy (Shane); his grandchildren, Tinley, Hunter, Skylar (Cole), Max, Sam, Jamison and Colton; and his great grandchild Ryan. He is also survived by five siblings and their spouses; and a host of nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Silas Creek Chapel - Hayworth-Miller Funeral Homes & Crematory (3315 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27103). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mausoleum Chapel (6135 Ridgecrest Point, Winston-Salem, NC 27103).
