She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrie Cecil and Theora Gross Breland. She is survived by: her children, Stephanie L. Watkins, Morris "Wade" Watkins of Warren, OH and Steven Andrew Watkins of Warren, OH; her grandchildren, Justin Watkins, Austin Turner (Kerstin), Amber Turner and Alexander Watkins; and her great grandchild Zander Watkins.
