She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Eugene Story and Virginia Snyder Story; her husband Winfred McBride; and her siblings, Louis Story, Louise Coleman and Jean Morrow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Beauchamp (Dean) and Karen Johnson (Todd); and her grandchildren, Amanda Johnson (Eric), Tyler Beauchamp (Ashley), Brooke Hiott (Taylor) and Paige Helman (Owen). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel (301 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
