He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Lee Cession and Birdell William Cession; and his siblings, Wesley Mungin, Christopher Mungin, Elouise Mungin and Rosella Mungin.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Easterly Cession; his children, Anthony and E'laina; his son-in-law Larry Barron, Jr.; his grandchildren, Emery Barron, Jurni Barron, Saint Barron and Lyriq Barron; his siblings, Edward Lee Cession (Beverly), Charles Cession (Cynthia), Amelia Wilkins, Dennis Cession, William Faust (Betty) and Rosalind Tyler (Mark); his aunt Rosabelle Palmer; his parents-in-law, Reverend Albert and Helen Easterly; and his siblings-in-law, Albert Easterly (Alethea), Derek Easterly and Cheryl. He is also survived by his Godchildren; and a host of extended family members, and close friends.
