He was predeceased by: his parents, John Connard and Glenna Shelton McClellan; his grandson Harrison Vaughan; and his siblings, Johnny McClellan and Freddie Chandler.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Repass McClellan; his children, Rob McClellan (Joette), Jeff McClellan (Amy), Joe McClellan and Holly Vaughan (Erik); and his sister-in-law Sandra McClellan. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
