Hallene Lauten Brindle Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hallene Lauten Brindle (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on November 1, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Reid Lauten and Ida Mae Welch Lauten; her husband John E. Brindle; and her siblings, Vernon Lauten, Delbert Lauten and Velma Matthews.
She is survived by: her sister Shirley Lauten of Kernersville; her stepdaughter Linda Cranford (David) of Summerville, SC; her stepgrandsons, Brad Cranford (DeLayne) of Summerville, SC and Troy Cranford of Lexington, SC; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cameron, Caden, Brendan and Morgan. She is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Hallene's memory may be made to the Book of Remembrance, Home Moravian Church, 529 S. Church St., Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
