Blackmon Jr. (Naomi); her grandchildren, Monica Johnson (Marques) of Charlotte and Marlon Blackmon of Winston-Salem; her great grandchildren, Lauren, Ava and Zoe Johnson of Charlotte; her siblings, Mary A. Stewart of Lancaster, Pauline Benson (Kelly) of Lancaster, Rev. Reva Stinson (Bennie) of Lancaster, Catherine Coffey of Lancaster and Edgo Thompson (Sarah) of Lancaster; and her niece Carolyn Henderson (Deborah Smith). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Russell Funeral Home (822 Carl Russell Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Hanes Memorial Cme Church (819 Highland Ave, Winston-Salem, NC 27101). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
