She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Walker and Virginia Wood Walker; her husband Thomas Collier Webb; and her siblings, William Clement Walker (Mary-Ann), Walter Walker (Jody) and Lucy Ann Walker.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Webb (Essence) of Poquoson, VA and Lisa Webb Smitherman (David) of Lewisville; her granddaughter Sara Webb Evans (Jessie); her great grandchildren, Ava, Claire, Eliza, Camden and Carson; and her brother-in-law Joseph Webb (Marianne).
