We announce the death of Hilda Ruth Hayes Tuttle (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on June 26, 2026, at the age of 96. Hilda will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Hayes and Jettie Hayes; her husband Robert Tuttle; her son William "Mike" Green; and her sister Sue Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughter Terri Stanley (Terry); her stepdaughters, Lisa Venable (Jeff) and Lynne Tarleton (Kevin); her grandchildren, Robbie Green, Jeff Green, Jody Green, Katie Landreth, Molly Nester, Mitchell Cheek, Aleksandra Wallen and Kristian Finneman; her great grandchildren, Christian Green, John Michael Landreth, Vivianne Wallen and Lillian Wallen; and her siblings, Bonnie Louise Bonaro and Richard M. Hayes. She is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Hilda's honor to Trellis Supportive Care or Pfafftown Baptist Church.
