He was predeceased by: his parents, William Carol McIntosh and Patricia Ledbetter Hawks. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Pope McIntosh; his children, Eric McIntosh (Faith) and Sarah Burchfield (Randy); and his grandchildren, Quentin, Maxwell McIntosh, Ethan, Samuel and Julia Burchfield.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (858 Hickory Tree Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home-Hickory Tree Chapel (858 Hickory Tree Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127).
