He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lee Percival and Stella Williams Percival of Winston Salem, N. C.; his wife Betty Grubbs Percival; and his sisters, Virgina Percival Rupard of Boone, NC and Rebecca Percival of Winston Salem, N. C.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Percival Huey (Mike), Jimmy Percival (Terri Mills Percival) and Tim Percival (Lynn). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren; and 3 great great great grandchildren.
