He is survived by: his wife Linda Sharpe Millsaps; his children, Lisa Smith (Roger) and Eric Millsaps; his siblings, Bruce Millsaps and Irene Matthews; his grandson Riley Smith (Ruthie); and his siblings-in-law, Kay Hubbard, Pat Wike, Jean Watson and Steve Sharpe. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
