It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Lauris Cribb (Winston Salem, North Carolina), who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Reece and Annie Sue McDaniel Cribb. He is survived by: his siblings, Laverne, Ernest, Lucille and Donnie; his wife Sylvia Ann Ernst; his sons, Paul (Lynn), Neil (Karen) and Karl (Julie); his close friend Nancy Drumheller; Chicka. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Tunnels to Towers Foundation (t2t.org), an organization that since 9/11, has been helping America's heroes by providing mortgage-free homes to Gold Star and fallen first responder families with young children and by building specially adapted smart homes for catastrophically injured veterans and first responders.
