He was predeceased by: his mother Ovelia Brown; and his son Jimmie Bryant Brown. He is survived by: his siblings, Beatie Brown Malone and Jesse Junior Brown; his children, Theodore Ackers, Renea Allen, Tammy Miller (Daryl), Crystal Brown Hairston (Nathaniel), Penny Brown-Needham Ferguson (Carl), Tracy Daniels and Jamon Brown; and his aunts, Mary Anne Epps (Wade) and Viola Bradley. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren.
