He is survived by: his wife Doris Spainhour Rousey; his children, Kathryn Carpenter (Anthony) and David Rousey; his siblings, Charles Rousey (Hazel), Tommy Rousey (Vivian) and Virginia Dye; and his granddaughters, Kaylee Carpenter and Kelsey Carpenter.
