He was predeceased by: his brother James Polychron; and his parents, Harry Polychron and Lucille McLaughlin Polychron. He is survived by: his wife Adrienne; his children, Leslie Polychron McCoubrey of Philadelphia, PA, Jason John Polychron of Alexandria, VA and Alexandra Polychron Collins of Winston-Salem, NC; his siblings, Penny and Harry of Seabrook Island, SC; and his grandchildren, Cassandra, Penelope, Turner and Parker.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Carver High School Band would be appreciated.
