He is survived by: his wife Annie Ruth Parms; his children, Deacon William David Parms (Elder Angela Parms), Agnes Betts, Annette M. Parms, Patrica Skinner (Ronnie Skinner) of Colfax, NC, Sabre P. Caldwell (Anthony Caldwell) and Cynthia Gilchrist (Christopher Gilchrist); and his sisters, Elizabeth Goode, Mary Ann Thomas of High Point, NC and Chrissy Hamer of Cheraw, SC. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 2great-great grandchildren; and a host of cousins, brothers and sisters.
