He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Young Mussen; his children, Jeremy Young (Kelly) of Harrisburg, Tyler Mussen of Mocksville, Jesse Clifton of Mocksville, Antonia Mussen of Mocksville, Brianna Mussen of Mocksville and Aaliyah Jones (Cody) of Linwood; his siblings, Eugenio Mussen of Hickory, Matt Mussen of New Hampshire, Sarah Mussen of Winston-Salem, Virginia Mussen of Virginia Beach and Adrian Mussen of Kernesville; his mother-in-law Linda Blackwell; and his sisters-in-law, Linda Young and Eunice Campbell (Richard). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of floral expressions, the family is asking that all monetary donations be given to Mrs. Carolyn Mussen at the celebration on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
