It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Paulene Wilkerson in Winston Salem, North Carolina, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Irving Brewster and Bertha Brewster; her husband Roosevelt Wilkerson Sr. On; and her siblings, Adabel Kearny, Berth Ross, Gail Williams, Paul Brewster and Kevin Brewster.

She is survived by : her sister Tamara Quick; her children, Peter Jr. (Pam Wilkerson), John (Ruth Wilkerson), Lisa Minott and Tiffany (Josue Umana); her grandchildren, Ricky Wilkerson Jr., Leah Barnett, Lakia, Sydney Wilkerson, Anthony Barksdale, Simone, Treyvon Wilkerson, Malcom Minott, Cameron, Isaiah and Jamie Umana; her great grandchildren, Nadia Minott and Taraji Barksdale; and her granddaughter Christine Wilkerson.
