She is survived by: her husband Ken Manuel (Ken); her pets, Kimmie and Callie; her sisters, Martha Stanley (James), Margaret Lawson (Charlie) and Beth Jarrell (Ed); her stepson Brian Manuel (Tammy); her brother-in-law Ralph Manuel (Donna); her grandchildren, Morgan Manuel, Kaden Manuel and Haley Thompson; her great grandchild Noah Thompson; and her nieces and nephews, Chuck Lawson (Jordan), Jimmy Duke (Sandy), Chris Starbuck (Mandy), Cameron Manuel (Amanda), Chase Manuel (Lauren), Corey Manuel (Brittney), Meg Darling (Joseph), Sydney Jarrell and Sarah Jarrell.
As Judy was a breast cancer survivor of 20+ years and in lieu of flowers, the family would welcome donations to the Susan Komen Foundation in her memory.
