He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Fred Clodfelter and Mildred Mock Clodfelter; and his brother Harrell Clodfelter. He is survived by: his wife Judy Riddle Clodfelter; his son Kenneth Jason Clodfelter (Michelle); his sisters, Linda Martin (Lance) and Doris Hinsdale; his sister-in-law Pat Clodfelter; and his grandchildren, Nathan Everett Clodfelter and Kiersten Riley Clodfelter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Davidson Funeral Home (858 Hickory Tree Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 24th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Oak Forest United Methodist Church (11461 Old U. S. Hwy 52, Winston-Salem, NC 27107).
