He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray William and Hattie Mae Todd Shouse; and his wives, Norma Leigh Pfaff Shouse and Brenda Jo Shaffer Shouse. He is survived by: his granddaughters, Angela Johnson (Andrew) of Lexington, NC and Samantha Troutman (Bradley) of Lexington, NC; his caregiver Shannon Clifton; and his friend Roxie Triplett of Clemmons, NC.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Beck's Baptist Church (5505 Becks Church Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27106).
