She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Peter Ahrens and Lenora Alice Ahrens. She is survived by: her husband Roy Robert Brelsford; and her children, Robert Alan Brelsford (Latisha) of Midway, Lenora Ann Lawler (Douglas) of Abingdon, Susan Louise Little (Tony) of Indian and Carol Lynn Garris (Jeff) of Winston-Salem. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church (4265 Ebert Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27127).
