He is survived by: his wife Barbara Lewis Milhous; his children, Lisa Parker (Jim) and Ryan Milhous (Krissy Thomas); his granddaughters, Hailey Parker (Wade McLain) and Jenna Parker; and his siblings, Patricia Howell (Charles) and Robert Milhous (Debbie).
