Garner; his sister-in-law Diane Little; his father-in-law Clayton Rice, Sr.; his siblings-in-law, Clayton Rice, Jr. (Carletta), Wanda Anderson (William), Donna Pigford (Ronald), Tracy Rice, Eunice Smith and Karen Sterling (Ray); his nieces, Taylor Rice and Rhonda Lindsay; and his great-nephew Kingston Lindsay. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends.
